Once you’ve booked a session, you’ll be prompted with some questions. These questions ultimately help to give the call some structure to ensure it’s as productive as it can be.

These sessions are largely driven by you and the problems you’re facing as I want you to get the most out of our session together.

I won’t spend much time introducing myself as we’ll only have an hour together and I want to give you as much value as possible in the time we have. Sessions will start promptly and we’ll begin discussing the answers from the quiz to identify solutions and next steps.

Consulting is charged based on time so this would be non-refundable. I can't guarantee that I’ll solve your problems, ultimately it's your channel and only you can take action to improve it. The goal of this call isn’t for me show you "the answer" (no such thing on YouTube, unfortunately!), rather my mission in this session is to hear how things currently stand, answering questions and clarifying any confusion/doubt you have as well as offer guidance on next steps forward.

If you book a call and then wish to cancel ahead of our meeting, you can get a full refund at any point up until 24 hours before. This is because I will spend time ahead of our call looking at your channel and any resources you have provided me with to help provide you with the clarity on the call.
